  I had the glass screen replaced on my iPhone.I immediately noticed my battery would not charge and the screen froze .I went back and asked if the replacement screen could have created this.I was told absolutely not but that the port needed cleaning of which they did. I then went to Apple as the problems continued and after running diagnostics they tried a brand new battery.It was explained that glass screen imports not sanctioned by Apple often obstruct finger recognition and all the problems I was having was a result of a inferior quality glass screen,even the new battery they put in my phone would not work. I paid on the spot for a new phone at Apple.

  They had my phone for 7 weeks without giving me updates or answering their phone. They were waiting for a chip to come from China, but could not Return calls to tell me that. If I had known their lack of regard I would not have dropped my phone there. Monday morning this week I spoke to them and said if the chip is not in today I will pick my phone up. I tried calling twice a day and it took to Friday morning for them to answer the phone. I was then told I would have to wait for them to go back to the factory and reassemble. So another weekend before I can get my phone back unfixed. Not happy to say the least. F-Ing useless.

  Apple by law can't give back a defect product (I called and asked) Also in the 3 xs I entered this store I overheard 4 people complaint about exactly the same issues all being told by AV2PC they knew nothing about it.Seems it's very clear this business is well aware they use defective inferior products,but charge top dollar (mine was $157) and make a buck without any integrity.Consumer Affairs will be contacted

  I had my phone fixed here yesterday took an hour to have my screen and battery replaced and it was local and affordable cheers guys.

  I've used this store for years and every encounter has been great. Service is above and beyond what they need to do and they're always ready to help with tech questions and after sales support. I use them for phones, PCs and other devices and honestly can't fault them. Brilliant team, great sevice, competitive pricing. Highly recommend them.

  Back to AV2PC with my receipt for a refund they were immediately on the defencesive .The man raised his voice ,telling me Apple's technicians are liars, then he told me I had to give him back the glass screen or no refund.
